ikva eSolutions built the Unseenly app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by ikva eSolutions at no cost and is intended for use as is.
If you choose to use our app, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation
to this policy. The Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the app. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this page.
By using our app you are clear and understood that we don’t have access to your messages and all your messages are stored in your app’s default local memory. When you uninstall the app, stored messages will be deleted permanently.
However stored media files like images, videos, audios, voice notes, gifs, and documents are stored on phone memory and they are not cleared when the app is uninstalled. You need to manually delete the folder yourself.
You understand that our app uses NotificationListenerService in Android to listen to your notifications. This permission is safe to use and all Android wear devices like smartwatches depend on this service/permission.
By using our app, you understand that we’re not actually storing the deleted messages, we’re just storing all your notifications from messaging apps in the local database. We never/cannot retrieve the deleted message from the messaging app servers. The messages we are showing on the app are the notifications you received from messaging applications.
In the same way, we are not just saving the deleted media (images, videos, audio, voice notes, gifs, and documents), we’re saving any media that is deleted before 70 minutes of downloading it.
By using our app, you agree that you will use this only for fun and you will never use it the wrong way.
By using our app you also agree to the app limitations mentioned below:
App Limitations:
- When you are chatting with the sender and the same person sent a message. In this case, notification is not shown and our app cannot store that message.
- When contacts or groups are muted in messaging applications.
- When plenty of notifications are received at the same time, our app may not be able to store all messages.
- In few devices, due to less RAM availability, our app service may be killed and stops storing messages until the device is restarted or notification access permission is re-enabled.
- Media message like images, videos, audios, voice notes, gifs, and documents are not stored every time. This is an experimental feature.
Privacy Policy
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our app, we may require you to provide us with certain information. The information that we request is will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
The app does use third-party services that may collect information.
Links to our third party service providers
We do not collect any personal details that identify the user. All data we collected are Anonymous data and we use them only to improve our app. Our advertising partners may use your Advertising ID and cookies to show ads while using the app. We only show non-personalised apps to the users of EU and EAA nations.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our app, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through Fabric) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device name, operating system version, the version of the app when utilizing our app, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. The data we collect is Anonymous data and we can’t identify the individual with the data we collect.
Permissions
Unseenly uses following permissions:
- Internet: To show Ads using Admob and log error using Fabric
- Notification Access: To listen to all your incoming notifications and to store them in your local database.
- Storage: To store the media files (images, videos, audios, voice notes, gif’s, and documents)
Note: All your notifications data will be stored in your local phone memory and we don’t have any access to your information. If you uninstall your app, all stored data will be deleted permanently.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Anonymous usage information:
Our apps and websites may collect anonymous usage information to help improve the quality of our services and applications.
In-app purchases:
Our apps contain in-app purchases (IAP’s) handled by Google servers.
Advertising:
Some of our apps contain third-party advertising. We may occasionally promote other products of our own within our apps. We may occasionally cross-promote the products of other affiliated developers that offer similar products and share similar values as expressed on their own published privacy policies.
Social media:
Our apps do not interact with any social media sites. We may provide links to our own social media sites for the purpose of providing support and product information.
